Modern, well-appointed room with 2 beds, and supper friendly staff. Very central location specially in the walls the rest everything was reallly good. Also - just next door to the centre of Bocagrande.

Good-sized rooms with hypo-allergenic pillows. Marvellous and peaceful location in comfortable area, not far from the center of Cartagena where the old city is and the public beach and restaurants and yellow taxi. Plus, steps away from Masters Royale Casino.

The place is well priced, the staff are helpful.

The location is unbeatable and exceptionally nice, at a moderate distance from Nao. You could walk to shopping malls and a large shopping mall.

Popular hotel with decent view of the ocean. Outstandingly accommodating staff and incredible breakfast with decent products.

Wi-Fi was horrible.

The hotel is fairly clean and fairly large with consistently courteous and exceptionally nice staff members. Poolside bar, neat room with log queues to be served as well as WiFi. The pool area is amazing too. Such wonderful stay for short vacation.

Perfect setting, close enough to pharmacies, close to all the restaurants and the center. Also, in Bocagrande area. The room was brand-new, the breakfast was free. Very comfy beds for a good sleep.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Bocagrande for a business trip. My stay was for five nights and I had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a large shopping mall, as well as a convenient distance to the old town. The room was clean and well-equipped with a nice TV and excellent air conditioning. The rooftop pool and gym area was a great bonus.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast for all tastes with runny eggs and also a nice view.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were very attentive. Truly enjoyed a free and wonderful breakfast on the roof top. The room was generous sized and huge, we had a safe box and a mini-bar. The location was good and the free parking was on site. It took us approximately 15 minutes' drive to the airport...

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

There's no better place to stay in Cartagena. Our hotel is set in a very central location next to the sea, and the city center or getsemani. You will be about a 5-minute drive from Bocagrande.
